Responsibilities: Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations and procedures. Record patient information, medical histories, and vital signs. Administer medications and injections as directed by the healthcare provider. Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures. Schedule patient appointments and coordinate referrals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Ensure a clean and organized work environment. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School diploma or equivalent along with completion of a Medical Assisting Program. Experience: Preferred 6 months' experience in a clinic or hospital setting. Other: Bilingual/Bicultural proficiency is preferred. Must be capable of performing essential job functions. Must meet attendance requirements for the position.
