Nelson Mullins is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its corporate group in the Atlanta office. You will be joining a highly skilled team of attorneys who have substantial courtroom experience at the state and federal levels. The Atlanta office itself is located at Atlantic Station, a brownfield reclamation and mixed-use development that houses everyday amenities including alternative transportation options within walking distance. You have 2-4 years of meaningful experience in the area of commercial real estate law including the acquisition, leasing and development of real estate in a variety of asset classes, such as office, retail, restaurant, industrial, and mixed-use properties. A concentration in and exposure to the retail/shopping center industry would be helpful. You are prepared to focus your practice and are knowledgeable in representing national and regional investors, developers, sponsors and restaurant operating companies and tenants. You possess excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communications skills. You are detail-oriented, have legal project management experience and are a member (in Good Standing) of the Georgia Bar or are willing to seek admission to the Georgia Bar. Who We Are
