Connect with new buyers and sellers (lead systems help) Hold meaningful, strategy-driven consultations Show homes, write offers, negotiate Track activity in our CRM Host at least two open houses per month Engage in weekly script practice, coaching, and team huddles Collaborate and share wins with the team Help clients navigate pricing, staging, and listing strategies Continue sharpening skills with training and development What We’re Looking For

Licensed in Missouri Self-motivated, competitive, and collaborative Coachable, communicative, and client-focused Ready to build a career, not chase random closings Desire to grow income while maintaining balance Responsibilities

Prospect for buyers and sellers Convert incoming leads Set and hold buyer/seller consultations Analyze client needs and goals Provide housing and community information research Preview and show homes Negotiate terms and contracts Execute BRIVITY lead generation systems weekly Conduct two open houses monthly Participate in weekly team meetings and coaching Consult with buyers, convert to signed agreements, identify homes Market listings and pricing strategies Demonstrate expertise in pricing, staging, and related services About our team
