Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures. Maintain accurate maintenance records. Collaborate with team members to optimize plant operations. Qualifications
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Commitment to safety and quality standards. Conditions Of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. Physical Demands
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Compensation And Benefits
