Captura Hall is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented

Fundraising Sales Associate

to join our Tampa-based team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving fundraising efforts for our partners by identifying potential donors, presenting funding opportunities, and cultivating long-term relationships. Your focus will be on meeting sales goals while maintaining the integrity of the cause you represent.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage potential donors and sponsors through calls, meetings, and networking

Present compelling fundraising solutions tailored to client needs

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and supporters

Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising strategy with client goals

Prepare reports and track performance metrics regularly

Stay informed about trends in nonprofit fundraising and donor engagement

Represent Captura Hall with professionalism and enthusiasm in all outreach activities

Qualifications: Qualifications

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, fundraising, or business development (minimum 1–2 years preferred)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain accurate CRM records

Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Experience working with nonprofit organizations is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
