Source residential properties through prospecting, referrals, and inbound leads Build relationships with homeowners, wholesalers, agents, and other local sources Analyze properties to determine investment value (ARV, repair costs, comps, etc.) Negotiate and secure purchase contracts Work closely with your team of Sales Agents to ensure a fast, efficient transaction What We Provide
