Job Title: Systems Integrator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Systems Integrator to join our team. This role involves reading schematic and cell drawings to layout and wire cells from controllers to robots. As a Systems Integrator, you will work on various robotic assembly, wiring, and system integration projects, following blueprints and specific instructions for different companies.

Responsibilities

Read schematic and cell drawings to lay out and wire robotic cells.

Perform automation systems project build, including mechanical assembly, cutting, painting, and light fabrication/modification.

Handle pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical connections and integration support.

Assist with vision equipment installation, mounting, and troubleshooting.

Support system power-on, validation, troubleshooting, and integration.

Conduct tear-down of systems and prepare equipment for shipment.

Provide field installation support and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.

Essential Skills

3 years of experience in the assembly of industrial equipment.

Proficiency in electrical layout of robot cell wiring up to 480v.

Strong mechanical aptitude for rig machinery.

Ability to read schematics and blueprints.

Possession of personal tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with wire panel work.

Familiarity with robot builds.

Work Environment

The work environment is extremely clean, safe, and non-cluttered, adhering to deadlines while offering training for motivated individuals. Standard shifts are Monday through Friday from 6am to 2:30pm, with extended hours during busy periods. There is also a second shift from 3pm to 11:30pm, with adjustments based on project demands.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester Hills, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
