This is an
on-site
position, not remote. Pay range: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour. Respond to incoming customer support inquiries promptly via phone, text, and email. Make outbound calls to update customers on installation and service status. Schedule warranty appointments for the Service Department. Enter and maintain customer records and job-related information in CRM database. Provide daily work orders to Service Measure Techs. Audit orders for accuracy after confirmation upload. Generate and distribute Uninstalled and Accounts Receivable reports before scheduled meetings. Support PSG/CSC for assigned divisions. Manage routine customer concerns and facilitate escalated issues for timely resolution. Process electronic credit card and check payments. Assist with receiving products in CRM Database and/or F&O. Support divisions in Accounts Receivable collections and management. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Preferred: 5 years of customer support experience. Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus. Service-oriented team player with high energy, capable of multitasking, self-direction, and teamwork. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; customer service and multi-phone line experience helpful. Strong work ethic, good attendance, and attention to detail.
