The Role:
As we scale our manufacturing operations, were looking for an
EHS Coordinator
who will champion environmental, health, and safety practices across our labs and production spaces. This role sits at the intersection of compliance, safety culture, and operational excellence helping our teams push the boundaries of innovation while driving progress with precision in a safe, healthy, and sustainable workplace. Responsibilities
Help establish a world-class, safety-first culture at Solestial Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations and requirements Provide technical and regulatory guidance on emerging EHS issues Collaborate with Facilities, Engineering, and Operations teams on various projects Develop safety training materials and facilitate training for employees and contractors Track and manage employee training requirements Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation Conduct safety audits and track completion of action items Support development and operation of gas monitoring systems Assist with Emergency Action Plan development and management Support Job Hazard Analysis program development Manage PPE and first aid kit inventories Coordinate emergency shower, eyewash station, and fire extinguisher inspections Maintain and update facility SDS documentation Qualifications
Bachelors degree in EHS, Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field 2-4 years of experience in EHS program development and operational oversight Experience with occupational safety programs and OSHA standards Background in semiconductor, electronics, solar manufacturing, or other chemically intensive manufacturing industries preferred Benefits
