The Role
Were looking for an
Implementation Consultant
to lead contractors through onboarding, training, and adoption of CrewCost. Youll work directly with construction companies in the $10M$100M range, helping them go live with confidence and set the foundation for long-term success. This is more than just running implementations youll build the playbook, create training content, and shape how we scale customer success. Youll also bring accounting expertise into product conversations and occasionally support sales by answering nuanced construction accounting questions. What Youll Do
Lead new customer implementations: setup, configuration, training, and go-live support Build repeatable training programs, guides, and resources that scale with CrewCost Translate construction accounting concepts (WIP, job costing, retainage, AIA billing) into practical software workflows Partner with product to validate features and ensure CrewCost reflects real-world accounting needs Join select sales conversations to provide accounting and systems credibility Treat every customer like a long-term partner and deliver an exceptional experience What Were Looking For
310 years of experience in accounting + software implementations (construction required) Strong accounting background (CPA highly preferred, or equivalent hands-on expertise) Deep knowledge of construction finance: job costing, WIP, retainage, AIA progress billing, change orders Experience migrating companies from QuickBooks, Sage, Viewpoint, or other ERPs Excellent communicator and trainer, able to work with accountants, controllers, and project managers Builder mindset excited to create processes and playbooks, not just follow them Customer-first attitude and team-first approach strong skills are great, but the right attitude is essential Why Join CrewCost
