Job Description and Duties: Under the direction of the Chief, Right of Way Office of Strategic Innovation, coordinates and performs analysis and prepares reports and proposals on Right of Way training issues and provides staff assistance to Right of Way Management on program development activities. Manages the statewide Project Delivery Professional Development program for the Division. Provides staff assistance to Right of Way management on program leadership, training and development activities, and participates with the management team in identifying and implementing decisions resulting in changes in management/organizational philosophies and preparing strategies to deal with the future changes. Working Conditions

Position located at 1120 N Street, Sacramento, Sacramento County. This position may be eligible for telework. The amount of telework is at the discretion of the Department and based on Caltrans evolving telework policy. Caltrans supports telework, recognizing that in-person attendance may be required based on operational needs. Employees are expected to be able to report to their worksites with minimum notification if an urgent need arises. The selected candidate will be required to commute to the headquarters location as needed to meet operational needs. Business travel may be required, and reimbursement considers an employees designated headquarters location, primary residence, and may be subject to CalHR regulations or applicable bargaining-unit contract provisions. All commute expenses to the headquarters location will be the responsibility of the selected candidate. Minimum Requirements
