Trade Operations Associate - Palo Alto, CA - Financial Services Our team, working with a leading endowment in the San Francisco Bay area, is looking to hire a Trade Operations Associate for their growing team. This role is essential for facilitating securities transactions and cash movements, and providing key investment information to the investment team. The ideal candidate will be highly productive, detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills, with proven experience in equity and fixed income security settlement and cash flow management. Responsibilities:

Provide constituents with relevant, accurate, and consistent information for investment oversight and decision-making. Create effective management reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses as needed. Produce cash forecasts for daily asset allocation reporting, explaining key fluctuations and changes for the Investment Team. Prepare fund movements for authorization, including internal cash transfers, wire setup, and investment funding. Resolve issues, recognize exceptions, and recommend solutions. Facilitate securities transactions, including complex securities, settlements, and reconciliations. Maintain the integrity of accounting and investment data for Merged Pool investments. Monitor all investment approvals and activities, accurately record them, and serve as the primary interface with internal and external parties. Collect data and perform research on transaction details, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, which may require interpretation. Participate in project teams and contribute to change management strategies through communication and collaboration. Serve as a first-line resource to brokers and custodians, identifying and resolving issues. Interface with key internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating a strong customer service orientation. Qualifications:

Bachelors degree and at least two years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and work experience. Experience with various investment types, including public and private assets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience in financial modeling and business intelligence tools for analysis and presentations. Familiarity with securities industry practices, derivatives, complex financial instruments, and reporting standards. Experience using Bloomberg Terminal is a plus. This is a full-time hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) with a salary up to $120K, plus bonus and benefits.
