Overview This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter based in Troy, MI. Qualifications

Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

Ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies

Proficiency in managing job postings and maintaining candidate databases

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members

Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
