Program Control Analyst II (Hybrid)

Project finance plans, controls, and reports program performance relating to cost and schedule according to the Earned Value Management System. Project finance is a well-rounded role that introduces an employee to the various facets of BAE Systems finance. This role supports the F-35 Solutions Product Line in the Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) Business Area. Working within the F-35 Development portfolio, this role is a key contributor to the success of EW development in the Electronic Systems Sector. This role will be performed in a hybrid remote format, with the individual splitting their time between our Manchester, NH facility, and remotely. To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must reside within a reasonable daily commute of our Manchester, NH facility. Required Education, Experience, and Skills: Bachelors degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related degree and 2 years of work experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Experience managing, analyzing, and extracting insights from large datasets Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skills Demonstrated ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner Strong interpersonal skills to interact cross functionally Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with company policies and procedures Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills: Experience in program finance and/or other finance functional disciplines Experience with Earned Value Management Experience with Power Query and Power Pivot within Microsoft Excel Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, Cobra, ProPricer, and iPortal Experience with project forecasting and analysis, particularly in a US Defense environment Experience with proposals Understanding and knowledge of industry practices and standards as well as company policies Pay Information: Full-Time Salary Range: $66084 - $112343 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
