What You'll Be Doing

Perform routine and specialized testing of aggregate materials to ensure quality standards are met

Maintain accurate records of test results and communicate findings to production teams

Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure reliable performance

Assist with troubleshooting material quality issues and recommend corrective actions

Follow all safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate documentation

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance

Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with lab equipment and basic testing methods (training provided)

Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

$25.00 to $29.32 per hour
