Job Title: Maintenance Technician ($28-$40+/hour)
Job Description
Provide maintenance support for manufacturing activities to minimize production losses due to equipment or system failures. This role also includes supporting work requests from various non-manufacturing areas within the facility, guided by the Maintenance Leader, Operations Manager, and Production Supervisor.
Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
Utilize knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding in maintenance tasks.
Support maintenance requests across both manufacturing and non-manufacturing areas of the facility.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ability to repair mechanical and electrical systems.
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding.
Associate Degree or Apprenticeship in Industrial Maintenance or Electromechanical Technology, OR 5 years of Industrial Maintenance experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a production facility setting.

Work Environment
Work in a temperature-controlled and comfortable facility where ice-making machines are built from the ground up. The job involves working 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, with potential for slight variations and overtime based on operational requirements.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr.
