Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Manager to join their team. As a Production Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:
Production Manager
Location: Cantonment, FL
Pay Range: $40+ ,
depending on experience
Shift:
Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (occasional overtime as needed
What's the Job?
Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
Coordinate with various departments to optimize manufacturing processes
Manage and lead a team of production staff, fostering a positive work environment
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance productivity
What's Needed?
Previous experience in production or manufacturing management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements
