Join a rapidly growing medical device company in Auburn Hills, specializing in the production of oxygen concentrators. As a Cleanroom Technician, you will be responsible for the washing, assembly, and disassembly of components, utilizing minimal hand tools. This role offers the opportunity to work in various warehouse areas, enhancing your skills and experience. Responsibilities: Perform cleaning, washing, assembly, and disassembly of oxygen concentrator components. Utilize hand tools for assembly tasks as needed. Conduct quality inspections to ensure adherence to standards. Maintain attention to detail in all production activities. Learn and operate in various warehouse areas as required. Assist with unloading and loading freight on the dock when necessary. Essential Skills: Ability to read and understand written instructions. Proficiency in quality inspection. Strong attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in manufacturing and assembly within a cleanroom environment is preferred. Why Work Here? Work Environment: Work 100% of the time in a cleanroom environment within a newer and relatively clean warehouse. The facility may experience temperature variations, being hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Expect to keep a tidy workstation, even though some tasks may involve handling dirty components. Breaks include two 10-minute breaks and one 20-minute break during the 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM shift. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orion, Michigan. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $17.33 - $17.33/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
