Senior Patient Care Coordinators are responsible and accountable for the coordination of information and support needed for the flow of patients at our clinics. As a patient-facing caregiver, youll provide customer service, helping patients through processes like check-in, registration, billing/financial aide and insurance. Senior Patient Care Coordinators work in conjunction with our clinical teams to assist with scheduling, clinic operations and more. Swedish Medical Group (SMG) provides an extensive range of ambulatory services to patients throughout the Puget Sound. 2 years experience in healthcare setting with increased responsibilities or 1 year experience in Patient Care Coordinator type role. Preferred qualifications
