The Recruiter will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier candidates who thrive in high-performance environments. Who You Are Experienced recruiter with 35 years of hands-on talent acquisition work Experience working in a staffing agency and in a corporate setting Law firm background NOT required Thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to shifting priorities What Youll Do Partner with hiring managers to fill roles in IT, finance, billing, reception, and more Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for non-attorney positions Manage full-cycle recruiting for both temporary and permanent openings Keep pace with high-volume recruiting demands while maintaining quality Contribute to team culture and support evolving business needs Work onsite four days a week with Fridays remote What Success Looks Like Roles are filled efficiently with top-tier talent across multiple functions Hiring managers trust your judgment and rely on your responsiveness Youre a seamless extension of the team, bringing energy and precision You maintain momentum across dozens of open roles without missing a beat You help keep operations moving smoothly Pay Rate:
