Lead Full-Stack Engineer
Are you ready to lead the charge in building next-gen fintech platforms? At LPL Financial, we're launching a new Banking & Lending Solutions team to deliver fully integrated, in-house lending capabilities for advisors and clients. This is a greenfield opportunity to architect and build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using modern full-stack technologies. We're looking for a Lead Full-Stack Engineer with deep expertise in .NET/C#, Angular, and AWS, who can drive technical excellence, mentor developers, and deliver impactful solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment. Your Role: Lead architecture and development
of cloud-native applications using .NET 6+, Angular 14+, and AWS services. Build and deploy containerized microservices using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS). Design and implement RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and serverless workflows using AWS Lambda, EventBridge, and Step Functions. Integrate with data platforms using Aurora, RDS, Athena, Glue, and S3 for real-time and batch processing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, Architecture) to deliver seamless advisor and client experiences. Ensure code quality and performance through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools (CloudWatch, Dynatrace, etc.). Own the technical delivery, contribute to sprint planning, and drive continuous improvement. Tech Stack You'll Work With: Frontend : Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, SCSS Backend : .NET 6+, C#, Web API, Entity Framework Core Cloud & DevOps : AWS (EKS, Lambda, Glue, Aurora, S3, EventBridge), Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions Data & Reporting : SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Athena, Glue, Python Monitoring & Logging : CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana What You Bring: 7+ years of full-stack development experience with strong backend and frontend skills. 5+ years in a technical leadership role, mentoring engineers and driving delivery. Proven experience designing and deploying scalable cloud-native applications preferably on AWS. Strong understanding of microservices, API-first design, and event-driven systems. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and DevSecOps practices. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Why Join Us? $140,475-$234,125/year Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
