Maintenance Associate, Part-time (20 Hrs./Wk.)
Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor and/or Business Manager Location: St. Thomas More Parish | Sarasota, FL Classification: Hourly/Nonexempt Overview St. Thomas More Parish is seeking a Part-time Maintenance Associate to assist with general maintenance for parish buildings and property. Job Responsibilities Responsible for maintenance of buildings and grounds. Set up and break down events and meetings. Performs general maintenance regarding walls, doors, carpets, tile and minor repairs of electrical, air conditioning, plumbing. Replace light bulbs, filters, ceiling tiles, light ballasts. Lockdown facilities at the end of the day. Observe and promote safe work practices and procedures by following local, state, and OSHA regulations. Other tasks as assigned.
