We are looking for an individual to help us optimize our Social Media presence, engagement and donations! This is a 12 month commitment; 90% remote with 10% in-person volunteering at fundraisers. Approximately 10-15 hours per month. Responsibilities: Create, Schedule and post on our Social Media platforms using Canva or similar program (Facebook, Youtube and Instagram pages) Communicate with Ashley at minimum of 2 times per month to get content Use Canva, Google Drive & Google Photos for ideas, photos and content Help us grow our base online Create Marketing Videos for our Events (I Support the K9s Color Run & 2 Crop for Paws) Create Event Recap Videos for our Events and post on our Youtube, Facebook and Instagram pages Involved in Creative Marketing Process Develop a digital capital campaign for Giving Tuesday & the holidays to drive donations Attend monthly Board Meetings via phone or by computer Create a 3-5 minute monthly report to present at monthly meeting on your progress and analytics for each SM platform, also any ideas you have for future. Volunteer at ALL 3 hosted PLEA Foundation events annually (February, May & October) Volunteer at minimum of 2 community/booth events representing the PLEA Foundation annually Create Brief Bio and supply good-quality photo of yourself to be featured on the website Requirements: Passionate in helping working K9's (dogs) & our cause Experience and proficient with Facebook, Instagram & Youtube Experience and Proficient in Canva & creating and scheduling marketing content Experience in Business and/or Non-profit Social Media Marketing & Management Proficient in Social Media Analytics Proficient in using Google Drive & Google Photos
