Showing Partner , sometimes called the
Showing Assistant , plays a crucial role in assisting the buyer’s agent by coordinating and conducting professional home tours for clients. This position usually involves close collaboration with a busy buyer’s agent or team. At the first meeting, the Showing Partner meets the buyers and receives detailed information about their home search preferences and purchasing objectives. Responsibilities
Consult with home buyers, educate them and prepare a home search strategy. Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers. Manage contract process and ensure a smooth close. Negotiate property sale between buyer and seller. Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market. Work closely with your administrative support. Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home. Qualifications
Personable, optimistic, and eager to learn. Dependable vehicle and a valid driver's license. Highly available and adaptable to meet Buyer schedules. Proven success in customer service or a related real estate field. Goal-oriented with a strong track record of achievement. Must hold a Delaware or Pennsylvania real estate license before client interactions (inquire about our FREE real estate school!). Must live within a 40-mile radius of Wilmington, zip code 19803. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be authorized to work in the United States. About Our Team
