Were growing year over year and seeking sales-minded professionals to join our expansion. Were currently scheduling interviews this week for the Technical Recruiter role. Responsibilities Engage candidates on job opportunities and conduct outreach (experience with cold calling). Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients; communicate with different personalities; sell in a consultative style. Meet and exceed performance metrics; apply problem-solving and creative thinking. Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel in daily tasks. Work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business, sales, or related field. Proven track record of high achievement and outperforming peers. Experience with cold calling and engaging candidates; strong relationship-building capabilities. Ability to sell in a consultative style; strong prospecting or sourcing skills. Capacity to meet and exceed performance metrics.
