AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking ambitious, business-minded, and visionary Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team. The compensation package is competitive and largely incentive-based with potential for growth through new-business and renewal commissions, plus bonus programs designed to support agency development and profitability. The Agency Launch bonus is paid once candidate launches a fully compliant AAA branded agency. Marketing Reimbursement
Paid to Agency Owner First 36 months – measured on a quarterly basis Starts in year 3 (month 25) Strong Support Throughout the Process
The EA model is designed to serve the needs of AAA members. There is significant thought, data, and research behind candidate selection, interview processes, and agency location placement. We provide EAs with assistance on how to successfully launch and develop their agency into a sustainable and profitable business year over year. Step-by-step onboarding includes a detailed deployment plan to ensure compliance with AAA protocols and standards. Comprehensive education combines in-person and virtual training, covering core business skills, sales, customer service, products, and systems. Resources help you grow and evolve, including assistance to secure licensed staff, manage financials and cash flows, develop and adjust a business plan, and access to a network of experienced EAs and other business experts. This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven individuals interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You’ll bring business or industry-relevant experience and need a level of capital to ensure your agency delivers the service AAA—and our members—expect. You’ll own and grow an insurance agency serving new and prospective AAA Members, selling property and casualty, life insurance, AAA memberships, and other products to a well-defined and loyal client base. Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensing, preferred but not required: if you don’t have them, you must be willing to obtain at candidate's expense Review and completion of the Business Plan/Cash flow analysis (AAA provides assistance and guidance throughout this process) Learning & Development requirements will be (4 week 100% virtual training/live instructor class) AAA branded office - must be approved office space 75K proof of investable capital – (not a franchise fee; proof of funds available for investment into your own business; must be seasoned for 60 days) Must be able to pass background check – criminal history and credit/financial check Products include
AAA Membership - You’ll offer programs for autos, bicycles, RVs and motorcycles. Members access trusted roadside assistance and discounts on dining, shopping, hotels, rental cars, travel events, and auto care. Property and casualty insurance - You’ll sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles and Commercial Lines. Access to brokered products from multiple, national and regional A-rated carriers where available by state. Life Insurance - You’ll sell Term, Universal Life, Whole Life and Annuities. AAA Life Insurance Company has an A- rating (Excellent) by A.M. Best as of the latest available data.
