Summary:
The Clinic Director for Team Rehabilitation is a model for a Physical Therapist who wants ownership in a clinic while receiving company support. Primary responsibilities include growing, developing, and managing an outpatient physical therapy clinic. Drive success by providing exceptional therapy with measurable outcomes and maintain a patient-centered approach that aligns with goals and objectives. Strategic Planning:
This is a partnership; the Clinic Director is key in clinic setup and, if opening a new clinic, will provide input on location and layout. Take control of Quality of Care in the clinic with a patient-centered approach tailored to individual goals. Assume normal Physical Therapist responsibilities with the addition of hiring and managing the right staff.
Marketing:
Support Marketing Reps and clinic marketing initiatives to drive clinic success and Team Rehabilitation growth. Maintain relationships with key physicians and referral sources to promote Teams care and increase patient referrals. Attend lunches and functions organized by Marketing and ensure the clinic is a positive community presence.
Financial and Operational Management:
Keep the clinic full of patients by overseeing scheduling and treatments that enhance the patient experience. Manage productivity with clear, reasonable, and measurable expectations. Manage the clinic budget to support overall financial health; monitor expenses such as patient travel, office, and medical supplies. Ensure clinic compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations and stay updated on laws and policies. Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management for accurate billing and reimbursement. Monitor KPIs to maximize clinic performance and profitability; provide input on policies, procedures, and strategy to maintain high-quality care across all Team Rehabilitation clinics. Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
Leadership and Staff Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop clinic staff to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Manage employee schedules, performance reviews, and training. Promote staff engagement and retention through effective communication and support. Foster a respectful, diverse, and inclusive work environment; ensure safe and positive working conditions.
Qualifications:
Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy. Desire to own/run a clinic. 5+ years of proven experience with a track record of exceptional patient care. Commitment to ongoing education and growth as a Physical Therapist. Commitment to Teams initiative of making DEI a priority, bringing belonging and empowerment within a diverse workforce.
