Set up technology systems for classroom and campus-wide use Manage and troubleshoot technology systems Respond to hardware problems Update system software Track data and communications Review diagnostics and assess system functionality and efficiency Assist in implementing security measures Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot computer problems Anticipate and report costs for replacing or updating computer equipment Required Skills and Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software Understanding of CIS principles, programs, policies, and procedures Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staff Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Programming, or related field Related experience preferred Physical Requirements
Prolonged sitting and working on a computer Ability to lift up to 15 pounds Assist in setting up and taking down IT systems Additional Information
