Maintenance Technician Position
Qualified maintenance technicians are needed with the following experience, skills, and availability: HVAC Certification EPA Universal Certification General Electrical Work Knowledge General Plumbing Knowledge Light Carpentry Experience General Maintenance and Repair Self-Transportation is Required 40 Hours Per Week (variable) Alternating Emergency On Call Work-Load Expectancies (All job duties are not listed, 3-6 Stores) Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and/or HVAC Building repair and maintenance Planned maintenance and equipment upkeep (Ice machines, cooking equipment, facility equipment, etc) Communicate status updates for part order(s) and repairs with store and direct supervisor.
