Director, Surgical Services (RN)
to provide the
strategic and visionary direction
for a growing perioperative services department. Located within a short commute of Greenville, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact while enjoying the amenities of a vibrant college town. About the Director, Surgical Services (RN) Opportunity: Major growth mode – The hospital is expanding with six new surgeons onboarding this summer, preparing to launch a brand new da Vinci robot, and increasing demand across its surgical specialties. You’ll have a high level of autonomy and the platform to shape the OR program to directly improve patient care delivery in the region Strategic Autonomy + Hands-On Support – You’ll report to a collaborative, transparent CNO who will be in your corner but fully empowers her leaders to lead. Lead a Broad, Multidisciplinary Service Line – Oversight for the entire department including 8 ORs, Cath Lab, Sterile Processing, and Pre-op/PACU. Academic Health System Backing + Rural Community Mission - the hospital has the support of a leading academic system while remaining grounded in its long-standing role as a trusted and well-supported community hospital Qualifications for the Director, Surgical Services (RN): BSN required; Master’s preferred
Minimum three (3) years surgical services leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting (Manager level and above)
Active RN License State of NC
Compensation & Benefits for the Director, Surgical Services (RN):
Competitive annual base salary (dependent on experience)
Up to 10% annual bonus based on performance
Up to $15k relocation assistance and temporary housing available
