Patient Experience Project Specialist
The Patient Experience Project Specialist is responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts. This position establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the organization, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards and meet customer expectations. The Patient Experience Project Specialist coordinates communication with all areas of the facility that affects the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed. With 12 ministries and access points across Indiana and Illinois, Franciscan Health is one of the largest Catholic health care systems in the Midwest. What You Can Expect Communicates with project stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project scope, timeline, and budget. Works with leaders to ensure project resources are assigned to project work for project duration and at the correct allocation. Creates a project timeline-plan; motivates others and takes responsibility for keeping everyone on track; helps team members set targets for milestones and consistently monitors progress. Using project management methodologies and processes to support successful project implementation; provides assistance in using these tools on key projects Provides comprehensive and clear project statuses to stakeholders and leaders Takes the lead to resolve project issues and discrepancies arising from within various departments, and works swiftly and proactively to escalate to leadership in support of resolution, if needed. Qualifications Associate's Degree or Certificate - Preferred 1 year Process Improvement and Project Management - Required Travel is required.
