We are seeking a CI Engineer based in Mukwonago, WI, reporting to the Director of Manufacturing. This role focuses on continuously improving Lean Enterprise through systematic application of Lean and APS tools, leading local resources to success, and fostering a lean culture. The position involves: Using performance data for reporting Training staff in Lean methodologies Teaching the Scientific Method for problem-solving Leading Lean pilot groups and coaching team members Driving cost-saving initiatives and process improvements Mentoring Green Belt project owners Tracking improvement project progress and savings Promoting internal and external kaizen activities Supporting statistical analysis and solution validation Collaborating with regional CI groups Developing and executing cost savings plans Supporting the 5S process Qualifications

Bachelors degree required; technical background preferred, with 5+ years in manufacturing Skills and Experience

Strategic leadership and influence Curiosity and commitment to learning Strong quantitative analysis skills Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma; Black Belt certification preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with Improvement and Coaching Katas is beneficial Self-motivated with initiative Servant leadership and teamwork orientation Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization What We Offer
