Job Title

Drives results, prioritization, communication, analysis and implementation, and mentoring. Job Qualifications

Required: High school diploma or equivalent, 3-5 years of work experience in a related job discipline. Preferred: 5+ years in commercial experience as an HVAC technician, and willingness to continue education in HVAC field. EPA 608 certification, standard practices of the HVAC and refrigeration trade, good problem-solving skills & critical thinking, physically strong and able to stand for long periods, analyze data from routine maintenance and identifying potential malfunctions, excellent communication skills.
