Prioritize activities and working on multiple tasks simultaneously. Serve as key business advisor to the contracts organization on contractual, regulatory, and operational matters. Specifically, help advise the Contracts' organization in the identification and mitigation of contractual risks. Collaborate with other Contract Operations functions to perform on-going monitoring and compliance. Provide data extraction and analysis from ERP systems and contract management system(s) to support all related compliance requests for information and data calls. Ability to work independently and in group setting to make decisions, ensuring high levels of collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts. Support special projects, communications, and developing positive relationships at all levels. Experience in preparing and presenting briefings to senior level internal & external customers. Lead trainer regarding contracts compliance, audits, regulatory updates, etc. Lead interface with Internal Audit, DCMA/DCAA and other external auditors relative to audits or requests for information directly related to the business systems or post submittal audits. Lead and perform annual self- assessments and regular monitoring activities for the contracts team to identify issues or trends that may require evaluation and corrective action. Manage updates for Work Instructions, Manuals, team websites, etc. Build customer intimacy despite geographical separation as well as be able to effectively cultivate those relationships early on. Make decisions in a timely manner under tight deadlines and pressure. Offer guidance and work collaboratively with a multitude of organizations ranging from contracts, technical, program, finance, global supply chain, global mobility office and security to support the establishment of appropriate policies and procedures. Your Expertise - Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of professional experience OR Master's degree with 6+ years of professional experience. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree. Experience negotiating and administering various contract types. Understanding the requirements of government regulations, such as FAR or DFAR. Requires an active U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI approval/access. Your Preferred Edge:

Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance at time of application. An In-depth knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and UCC as well as experience with different contract types. Experience supporting ECPs and REAs. Extensive Proposal Support is a plus. NCMA Certification (CPCM, CFCM and/or CCCM). Your Unique Contribution:

Team player, independent, proactive, and possess excellent problem solving, oral and written communication, and organizational skills. Experience working with Government agencies within the Intelligence Community (IC). Experience with Contract Management Systems. Experience with ERP Systems (Costpoint and/or SAP).
