Operations Subcontractor Deployment Coordinator (Administration Generalist 3) 25554. This role at Mission Technologies, a division of HII, supports OCONUS rotational deployment planning for Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (A-ISR) projects for the US Government. The position focuses on A-ISR operations and logistics at three OCONUS sites and offers a remote working schedule. Collaborate with the management team of major subcontractors to support personnel deployment. Coordinate subcontractor training and events to include water survival, altitude chamber, CI Polygraphs, clearance read ins/indoctrinations and polygraphs. Process new hires and provide training for the key travel dependencies required for deployment to include the preparation of Travel Authorization Requests (TARs) and Trip Reports (TRs). Interface with the subcontractor travel coordinator to ensure timely submission of TARs and TRs in full compliance with the JTR for all deployer travel. Maintain frequent communication with the subcontractor travel coordinator to facilitate the processing of deployer related travel deliverables. Maintain good communication with the HII ADO travel team to facilitate timely and error free subcontractor related travel documentation. Participate in deployer related meetings with the subcontractor, HII ADO travel team, LOGIX PMO, Mission Partners, and AAS Defense. Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned Minimum Qualifications
6 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; 4 years relevant experience with a Master's in related field; or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience. Prior experience developing Travel Authorization Requests (TARs) and Trip Reports (TRs) for submission to AAS Defense. Ability to clearly communicate requirements and expectations to a wide range of individuals. Organized, efficient, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent written communication skills, especially in the English language. Strong attention to detail in evaluating the readiness of deployment rotators. Analytical skills to monitor progress and identify areas needing adjustment or improvement. Willingness to manage multiple tasks and adhere to guidelines, budgets, and deadlines. Basic computer skills, especially email, spreadsheets, and presentation creation software. Cooperative and communicative attitude with executive staff, managers, and employees. Critical thinking to plan, synchronize, and execute complex undertakings with a diverse set of individuals. Preferred
