Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects. Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate take-offs. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids. Support the development of budgets and proposals for new projects. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment on scope and pricing. Maintain organized records of estimates and bid documentation. Participate in pre-construction meetings and value engineering efforts. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in estimating commercial construction projects. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Timberline, ProEst, or similar). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
