Lead Projects from Start to Finish:

Manage multiple projects through all phases—from concept to construction—with a focus on quality, budget, and timelines. Design Excellence:

Review and contribute to construction documents, drawings, and proposals to ensure technical accuracy and consistency. Field Coordination:

Conduct site inspections and data collection to support design integrity and project success. Client Engagement:

Build strong relationships through design meetings, collaboration, and peer reviews. Financial Oversight:

Track milestones, prepare projections, and support billing processes. Mentorship:

Guide junior engineers and foster team development. Business Development:

Partner with marketing teams on RFQs, interviews, and presentations. Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred) 10+ years of experience in consulting engineering PE license (or eligibility) in NC, SC, and VA Expertise in power, lighting, data, security, and fire alarm systems Experience with building or industrial/manufacturing facilities Proficiency in design software (Visual, SKM) and construction documentation tools Benefits
