The Senior HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor, aligning people strategies with organizational goals, and supporting leadership development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness. What You'll Do

Partner with leaders to design and implement workforce and succession strategies. Lead organizational design efforts and support change management. Support leadership development and learning initiatives. Provide coaching on performance management and HR best practices. Collaborate with HR specialists on recruiting, compensation, and HRIS processes. What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of progressive HR experience. Additional Details
