Job Description Create Customized Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and devise tailored therapy strategies to facilitate their functional achievements. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply research-based methods to strengthen patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and everyday activities. Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver complete and integrated care. Guide Patients and Families: Educate clients and their families on therapy practices to foster continued growth at home. Track and Assess Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to therapies, ensuring that patients stay on their pathways to recovery. Education

A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Commitment to continuing education and opportunities for professional development are encouraged. Certifications

Current

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license. NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required. Skills
