Works closely with the nursing supervisors and the Staffing Coordinator to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Identifies staff learning needs and works with the Education Department to provide appropriate training. May have contact with patients under a wide variety of circumstances. Is subject to varying and unpredictable situations and may handle emergency or crisis situations.***EDUCATION***BSN required.
