Aerial Construction Supervisor

The Construction Supervisor provides direct, day-to-day supervision and coordination for our aerial and/or underground telecommunication construction crews. What you'll do: Oversee installation, maintenance, and/or repair of telecommunications equipment to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and safety in completion. Supervise day to day activities and project progress, establish guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables. Ensure excellent communication with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist in an assigned area, department or project. Identify and course correct project issues and risks, and assist in the development of response plans to resolve. Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues. Implement and maintain processes to assist completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of telecommunications construction; familiarity with aerial lift devices, utility lines/poles, and various other telecommunications construction equipment, and the functionality of each; ability to use cable placement equipment and tools; ability to identify and troubleshoot problems. What you'll need: Prior supervisory experience A High School Diploma or equivalent An Associate's degree, preferably in a related industry, or advanced training in the field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs 1 or more years of project management experience including planning, organizing and coordinating tasks Authorization to work in the United States and successfully complete pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check Why grow your career with us: Your career here is more than just a job it's your pathway to opportunity.
