Our Front Desk Agents are the first impression and final farewell for our guestswelcoming them with warmth, assisting with needs, and ensuring every stay is comfortable and memorable. Youll thrive in our fast-paced, service-oriented environment by efficiently handling check-in and check-out, assisting with reservations and special requests, and resolving guest issues with professionalism and care. As part of our Front Office team, youll also support financial and service-related tasks that help create the seamless experiences our guests return for time and again. Whats in it for you

Greet and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency Handle check-in/check-out processes per hotel standards Issue keys, verify credit, and provide property information Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally Resolve issues using sound judgment, escalating to management as needed Assist with reservations, transportation, and local recommendations Operate the property management system, PBX, and radios effectively Ensure clear communication and follow-up with both guests and team members What You Bring

Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred Cash handling or POS system experience a plus Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Positive attitude, professionalism, and eagerness to learn A team-player mindset with a guest-first focus Where youll work:

The Inn at Virginia Mason is connected to Virginia Mason Seattle Hospital, in Seattle's First Hill neighborhood, and located only four blocks from downtown Seattle.
