A leading alternative investment firm with ~$30B+ in AUM is seeking a
Senior Analyst
to join its Real Estate Private Credit team. This group focuses on opportunistic real estate private equity and private credit investments across the U.S. and Europe, spanning traditional and niche asset classes. The team is highly collaborative, working across investment, legal, operations, valuations, tax, and investor relations functions to support a dynamic platform in growth mode. Key Responsibilities Execute, settle, and oversee accounting treatment for private equity and real estate transactions. Review P&L analytics and prepare quarterly investment performance reporting for investors. Support monthly/quarterly close, including allocations, carry/waterfalls, and reconciliations with third-party administrators. Maintain accounting and operations of SPVs, coordinating with foreign administrators and auditors. Prepare GAAP financial statements and manage audit requests. Identify operational inefficiencies and present solutions to senior management.
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. 46 years of experience in either: Private fund accounting with a RE/PE fund or administrator. Strong knowledge of investment company accounting, partnership allocations, capital calls, distributions, and fund structures. Experience with real estate/private credit investments such as structured products, corporate/bank debt, or loan origination. Advanced Excel skills.
Preferred:
CPA license; knowledge of Enfusion. Positive, energetic, and team-oriented. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
