Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Logistician Configuration Specialist to join our team in scenic Southern Maryland. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying stock, tracking items, and performing research using various Commercial and DOD databases. The selected candidate will manage NAVSUP funding requests, ensure customer dashboard is populated with up-to-date status using Power BI, and support Landing Systems configuration using Model Based Product Support (MBPS) and other information management systems.
Responsibilities: Perform research in MBPS, CDM-OA Navy ERP to ensure data accuracy Track NAVSUP funding requests and maintain NAVSUP dashboard using Power BI Provide logistics and configuration support for Landing Systems assets using MBPS Conduct quality assurance reviews of reports prior to submission to customers Utilize various databases (e.g., Asset Visibility, FEDLOG, Haystack, One Touch, Logiquest) to research part information, availability, identify supply chain risks, and develop supply posture reports Generate ad hoc reports as required Generate/update Allowance Parts Lists (APLs) and Provisioning Parts Lists (PPLs) Verify stock and track items in Navy ERP Create Shipboard Configuration Summaries, Master Parts List, and Drawing Tree documentation Verify inventory quantities within Navy ERP and configuration within MBPS Review and verify accuracy of Key Supporting Document reports Track funding documents for NAVSUP Research and develop case responses to DLA-339 Engineering Support Requests and Fleet COSAL Feedback Reports Perform NAVSUP duties for Landing Systems Develop and maintain Configuration Management documentation Develop Allowance Parts Lists (APLs) using Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS) and Integrated Logistics Information Tool (ILIT) Requirements:
Work Environment: Primarily an office environment with occasional visits to labs and warehouses 20% tasking involves research in U.S. Navy ERP system 80% tasking performed in Logistics Configuration Information systems
There is no monetary relocation assistance budgeted for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or willing to relocate to St. Mary's County, Maryland or surrounding areas.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Associate degree and at least 4 years of configuration analyst experience OR High School diploma and at least 6 years of Logistics and/or configuration analyst experience Two years of experience with Military or Department of Defense programs Willingness and capacity to influence and motivate team members and stakeholders Experience with Navy ERP system Strong analytical and research skills Ability to work with Power BI and generate reports Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Project, Teams, Adobe PDF, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned Knowledge of project management, process design, and documentation skills Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's degree in a Business-related discipline DAU Fundamentals of Systems Acquisition Management Certification Course ACQ101 Professional Logistics Certification
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $77809 - $132275
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
