Safety Create and implement safety plans and procedures Verify site compliance of all safety plans and procedures. Conduct New Hire Orientation and training on all essential safety policies Educate employees on safety standards and expectations. Conduct monthly employee safety training. Lead and Organize Central Safety Committee and support hourly employees. Maintain proper safety equipment and personal protective equipment for employees. Manage the Hazard Communication process and Safety Data Sheets. Attend safety walks and inspections before/during each project to analyze safety risks. Perform daily facility safety walks. Provide recommendations for improving safety in the workplace. Investigate onsite incidents/accidents and perform root cause analysis for each. Update and Maintain site documentation of safety procedures, incidents and related events. Update, implement, and periodically review an organizational environmental plan (e.g., obtain, update, and maintain plans, permits, and standard operating procedures (SOP)) Prepare, review, and update environmental investigation reports Monitor progress of environmental improvement programs Inspect facility and programs to ensure organizational compliance with environmental regulations Educate personnel regarding environmental compliance
