Lead or support roadway and highway design projects from concept through construction Prepare construction documents and design plans using Civil 3D, OpenRoads, and MicroStation/InRoads Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met Assist in project initiation, design reviews, and quality control Communicate project progress and technical details effectively with internal and external teams Qualifications
4+ years of experience in transportation design (roadway/highway) Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, OpenRoads, and/or MicroStation InRoads Strong understanding of the project lifecycle and public infrastructure design standards Excellent communication and collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Preferred Qualifications
PE license (or ability to obtain within 3-6 months) Experience with roundabout design Familiarity with local agency standards and DOT requirements Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading small design teams Work Environment & Flexibility
