S&S is looking to add new business account executives to our team. Are you an experienced professional who thrives in a new business insurance sales environment? If so, we want to connect with you. Who You Are

You are a strong Commercial Lines Account Executive with a passion for providing customer-centric care. You excel in New Business Sales and have a proven track record of exceeding goals. You are adaptable, a Trusted Advisor to your clients, with a minimum of 5 years of insurance experience and a strong commitment to client success. Your role will focus on sourcing new business, maintaining relationships, and managing existing accounts. Who We Are

Responsibilities Generate leads and pursue new client opportunities through networking and referrals. Develop and maintain strong COIs and client relationships. Complete client surveys and review policies with the Account Management team. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Provide professional risk management advice. Manage accounts, ensure premium payments, and conduct policy reviews. Obtain and work with quotes from the insurance marketplace. Negotiate renewal premiums and prepare proposals. Utilize company systems such as Sagitta, ImageRight, Helix. Cross-sell products and services.

Requirements

Fluency in MS Office. Effective communication skills. Proven sales and networking success. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years sales experience, preferably in insurance. Relevant designations (CIC, CPCU, AAI, AIS) preferred. Mandatory producer license. Willingness to continue education.
