The Network Administrator requires a Public Trust clearance. We are seeking a highly skilled Network Administrator with direct experience in Cisco IronPort administration, network operations, and ideally Microsoft 365 (M365) administration. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing secure email gateways, maintaining network infrastructure, and supporting enterprise messaging and cybersecurity initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Administer and monitorCisco IronPort Secure Email Gatewayappliances to ensure secure and efficient email flow.
Develop, implement, and enforce email security policies to mitigate spam, viruses, and malware threats.
Provide message tracking and reporting support forCybersecurityandEnterprise Messagingteams.
Perform core network administration tasks includinguser account management,DHCP,patch management, androutine backups.
Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software; troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Maintain comprehensive network documentation and contribute to team training and knowledge sharing.
Support Microsoft 365 administration, including user provisioning, mailbox management, and integration with email security systems.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a related field is required; additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of six (6) years of professional experiencein network administration.
Proven expertise inCisco IronPort Secure Email Gatewayadministration.
Hands-on experience withWindows 11,ServiceNow,AsyncOS, andArcserve Backup.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network systems.
Preferred Skills: Experience working withfederal agencies, particularly theFederal Aviation Administration (FAA).
Proficiency inMicrosoft 365 administrationand integration with email security platforms.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to train and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
