Senior Talent Acquisition Leader

| Driving Talent Acquisition Growth The Corporate Trainer plays a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering impactful learning experiences across AutoNation Finance. This role supports operational excellence through targeted training programs that promote technical proficiency, professional development, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate can translate complex finance concepts and digital tools into engaging content that empowers employees to succeed. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this position collaborates cross-functionally with departments to assess training needs, standardize educational materials, and cultivate a growth-oriented culture. The Corporate Trainer demonstrates independent judgment, organizational agility, and a passion for learning that enhances team performance while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Essential Duties and Expectations

Develop and update curricula aligned with AutoNation Finance’s strategic goals Deliver engaging learning sessions—virtually and in-person—to diverse teams with a specific focus on Collections, Recovery, Servicing, Credit and Funding associates Monitor training effectiveness and optimize instructional strategies based on data and feedback Maintain a dynamic calendar of training events and track completion metrics Conduct gap analyses and performance assessments to inform program design Partner with subject-matter experts across departments to produce custom content Facilitate onboarding for new hires and continuous learning for tenured staff Champion a learner-first approach with inclusive teaching methodologies Ensure all materials and sessions meet company, state, and federal guidelines Participate in cross-functional initiatives and special projects to support organizational learning Essential Knowledge, Skills & Licenses

Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design Strong facilitation, presentation, and storytelling capabilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strategic thinker with attention to detail and project management skills Experience using LMS platforms and digital learning tools Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred (not required) Empathetic leadership and a coach-like attitude toward employee development Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Business, Communication, or a related field preferred Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate training, instructional design, or curriculum development At least 3 years in consumer financial services—automotive finance experience preferred Seniority level
