Your Role:
As a CNA, you will be essential in providing daily living support to our residents, aligning with their unique service plans. Your approach will embody kindness, professionalism, and a relentless respect for the dignity of our seniors. Your specific responsibilities will include:
Delivering exceptional care and support for daily activities and personal hygiene
Responding to resident needs with compassion and empathy
Ensuring nutritional needs are met by understanding dietary preferences and restrictions
Monitoring and recording vital signs as needed
Alerting nursing staff to any changes in resident conditions promptly
Qualifications:
Active CNA Certificate
Dependable, honest, and loyal individual
Positive attitude and willingness to exceed expectations for our residents
Able to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently
